Global Shipping Policy – SORELLE STORE
SORELLE STORE is dedicated to providing a refined, secure, and transparent global shipping experience. All orders undergo a rigorous verification and preparation process, taking an average of 1–3 business days “Before Dispatch”. During periods of high demand or promotional campaigns, processing may require additional time to ensure product quality, taking an average of up to 7 business days.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local logistics infrastructure, customs processes, and the warehouse responsible for shipping. Estimates are presented at checkout; however, unforeseen delays — such as adverse weather conditions, customs backlog, or carrier limitations — may occur. SORELLE STORE works exclusively with highly reputable logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
The standard delivery time for SORELLE STORE is 7 to 15 business days, on average, after dispatch. In ideal situations – using local warehouses (when available) or express routes – the delivery time can reach 5 days; even under normal conditions, the maximum limit usually does not exceed 15 business days.
It is worth noting that events beyond our control (such as customs delays, weather conditions or postal strikes) may extend the delivery time, and in these cases, SORELLE STORE is not responsible for additional delays.
Free Shipping on Promotions:
On seasonal occasions or special marketing campaigns (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, collection launches, etc.), SORELLE STORE offers free shipping to encourage sales. This offer may be applied to the entire store or to specific products/collections, as announced in each promotion. In practice, we adopt common market criteria for free shipping: for example, sometimes we require a minimum purchase amount, offer promotional codes with an expiration date, or dedicate them to intensive sales campaigns. In accordance with e-commerce best practices, we may offer free shipping provided the customer meets the conditions of the current campaign.
Express Shipping Options
In addition to standard shipping, SORELLE STORE offers express shipping options through global carriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx International, UPS, among others) for customers who need even faster delivery. This service has an additional cost, but offers very fast delivery times: typically 2 to 5 business days for most international destinations. On high-demand routes, this timeframe can reach 2 to 8 business days. All express shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout, allowing the customer to confidently choose their preferred method.
Taxes, customs fees and additional charges:
International deliveries may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, according to the local legislation of each country. In general, any tax charged upon entry of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Packages refused due to non-payment of fees will not have shipping costs refunded. For example, in the United States, shipments below US$800 are exempt from customs fees, but above that amount they may be taxed. In the European Union, orders up to €150 currently do not pay import duties (the new IOSS system automates the process), although local VAT may be charged on purchases of higher values. Regardless, SORELLE STORE is not responsible for delays or extra costs arising from customs clearance of the order, which is regulated by the tax authorities of each country. Our commitment is to correctly declare the value and nature of the goods, but any additional charges (taxes, VAT, ICMS, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer.
